If you are looking to stop for a quick snack, don’t miss out on Angelina’s. Located near the Tuileries Garden and the Luxor Obelisk in the Place de la Concorde, Angelina’s is famous for it’s macaroons and hot chocolate. While offering many other treats and full entrees, we recommend a quick stop for a cup of their hot chocolate and a dessert. Founded in 1903, Angelina’s has become a must-stop thing to do in Paris for visitors looking to treat themselves to a few indulgences.
The tea-room will surely be bustling with activity as waitstaff deliver desserts and treats on their signature silver trays. If the tea-room is full, try taking some desserts to go. Angelina’s also has an excellent gift shop in the front of the restaurant where visitors can purchase desserts to take on the go. Known for their macaroons, we recommend buying an assortment of their many flavors and trying them all from the comfort of you home. You can get beverages to-go as well, if you make the stop you must try the hot chocolate, it is extremely rich and sure to warm you up on a cold or rainy day.
